specialises in landscape and sports photography, two of his main passions in his life. As often as
possible Vincent takes to the beautiful Peak District which is right on his doorstep.

Workshop Night 1: LOOK & LEARN 1
Look & Learn; newly introduced for our 2020 season. An evening of explanation, learning, &
demonstration where photographic practise, techniques and expertise are shared; an opportunity
for members to learn how to perfect their images.
The first Look & Learn of 2020 sees us developing themes from Vincent’s presentation.

Mike from Solihull, describes himself as a full time wildlife photographer specialising in birds
and mammals. Although Mike travels to foreign lands a great deal, his main love is British wildlife.
Mike says he gets far more satisfaction photographing humble wrens and chaffinches than exotic
parrots in distant rain forests.

In our fourth “Look & Learn” we will consider the best photographic techniques to capture perfect,
creative images of architecture.

John joins us from Stamford. John’s workplace is his studio in Birmingham; his presentation
on his life in photography will go through a number of images on screen and in print that
will give members some valuable tips and ideas. John works in art nude to fashion styles
and will talk through elements of these genres.
